USF Polytechnic is one of four campuses in the University of South Florida system. Part of the State University System of Florida, it is governed by the USF Board of Trustees and reports to USF President Judy Genshaft.

Dr. Marshall Goodman, vice president and campus executive officer, leads USF Polytechnic with the collaboration of the USFP Campus Board and the USFP Executive Council.
