Applied Science, BSAS - General Business

After several years of employment, many AS graduates seek additional career opportunities but find most employers require advanced degrees for management and supervisory positions. This program provides opportunities for advancement in the student's current career or to qualify for higher-level employment in other settings.

Graduates may hold positions as a manager, marketer, media buyer, event planner, financial service representative, insurance agent, banker, purchaser, fund raiser/development officer, and human resource representative. They work in a variety of environments including small and large businesses, hospitals, motels/hotels, educational institutions and government and not-for-profit agencies.
