The bachelor of science in applied science (BSAS) degree at USF Polytechnic is designed to serve Florida's associate of science (AS) graduates who seek a flexible program that recognizes the value of academic work already completed and requires only 60 additional credit hours beyond the AS degree. This program supplements the technical skills learned in study for the AS degree and provides the remainder of the general education needed to obtain a bachelor's degree.
Students may tailor their degree program to meet their personal interest or career goals. In addition to the information technology concentration, students may select a secondary concentration or supplement their degree with a variety of interesting electives.
