Engineering junior-level courses lead to engineering degrees in civil and environmental, mechanical, and industrial fields
Engineering Programs, Junior-Level Core Courses

USF Polytechnic offers the Engineering Core courses, which are required for most engineering degrees. The one-year rotation of courses allows local students to complete their entire junior year at USF Polytechnic by taking 12 semester credits hours in the fall and spring and an additional 6 semester credit hours in the summer. These courses lead to engineering degrees in civil and environmental, mechanical, and industrial fields and may be completed at USF Polytechnic or via webcast. They further support engineering and technology specialties at USFP. Students who complete the core courses will acquire an understanding of nature's physical laws and learn about problem solving for their practical application.
