Multicultural Leadership Program

The University of South Florida Polytechnic's Multicultural Leadership Program (MLP) is a leadership development program that focuses on mentoring incoming students. The MLP enhances the awareness and acceptance of diverse cultural groups within the university and the community.

STARS Program

Through Students & Technology in Academia, Research & Service (STARS), students receive academic and social development through mentoring and applied learning experiences. Comprised of 20 higher education institutions, the STARS Alliance aims to increase the participation of under-represented populations, women, and persons with disabilities in computing disciplines through multi-faceted interventions focused on the influx and progression of students from middle school through graduate school that lead to computing careers.
