New Transient Student Process
USF students who desire to attend another Florida Public institution as a Transient Student must complete the Transient Student Form online, available on the FACTS website under “College Students”; “Transferring” and then clicking the last option. Students will be able to track the progress of the processing of their requests. Through each phase of the process, students are notified of the status of their request via a series of email notifications. These emails inform the student of the three important W’s—who has the request, when it was forwarded in the processing chain, and whether it has been sent to the school where they will be enrolled as a transient student.
